What Eiva does.

The business your capital funds: invoices for work already delivered, owed by the companies that commissioned it.

The invoices

Businesses are paid on 30 to 90 day terms for work they’ve already done. Eiva pays them up to 90% of the invoice for a fixed fee, and collects when it falls due, from the payer on an assigned invoice or from the business on a direct one.

The payers

The payers are established companies, from independent businesses up to global corporations. They’re the debtors behind every vault, and each one passes underwriting before we fund it.

The structure

Two companies, registered in England and Wales. Orthyrus Ltd, trading as Eiva (15177133), runs the platform, originates and verifies invoices and services them through to settlement. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Eiva Receivables 1 Ltd (17372071), issues the notes, holds the vaults and owns the funded invoices.
