Work already delivered
Nothing is funded on a promise. Each invoice covers work that has been completed and accepted before it reaches us.
Eiva turns a pool of stablecoins into funding for real invoices: work already delivered, owed by established companies, settled in weeks.

Businesses deliver work, then wait 30 to 90 days to be paid. Eiva funds that wait. The fee for it is what depositors earn.
Nothing is funded on a promise. Each invoice covers work that has been completed and accepted before it reaches us.
The payer is the company that commissioned the work, with a record of paying. We assess the payer, not just the invoice.
We fund only receivables due in 30 to 90 days, and we favour the shortest. Capital turns over often and the exposure to any one invoice is brief.
Eiva charges a fixed fee on each invoice at the point of funding. The return doesn’t depend on a market moving. It depends on the invoice being paid.
Every vault funds the same invoices. The vault sets your rate, when interest is paid and how you get your money out.

Vault capital is held in a Safe, the multisig smart account that teams, DAOs and institutions use to hold their own money onchain. No single key can move it.
How custody worksThe vault is a Safe smart account with a fixed address, on the same contracts that hold $27B+ across 63M+ accounts.
Every payment out needs approval from several signers. No one person, key or device can move funds alone.
The vault’s address never changes, so anyone can watch it. Address [coming soon].
